About This Second Chance Community Service
Second chance is committed to providing effective training programs that foster a supportive environment for individuals to develop their social and communicative skills. Through engagement with others, participants can expand their social and communication abilities. While there are numerous training programs available for disadvantaged individuals, many of these programs lack sufficient training in social, communicative, and ethical skills. Unfortunately, this oversight often results in individuals returning to their previous circumstances or facing even greater challenges. At Second chance, we understand that promoting general welfare and economic development without addressing social and self-awareness skills is ultimately futile. Therefore, we strive to provide comprehensive training programs that equip individuals with the necessary tools to succeed.
How to apply
Public housing is a form of housing tenure in which the property is usually owned by a government
authority, either central or local. The federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) department
addressed concerns of distressed properties and blighted superblocks with revitalization and funding
projects for the renewal of public housing to decrease its density and allow for tenants with mixed
income levels.
