About This Luther Hall Apartments
Luther Hall is a community of subsidized apartments for seniors aged 62 and over who have limited income as per HUD guidelines. Our apartments offer various amenities and opportunities for social, recreational, and spiritual activities to ensure that our residents feel at home. At Luther Hall, your apartment is your sanctuary, where you can furnish it with your belongings that reflect your personality and taste. We provide essential appliances, window coverings, and carpeting to ensure a comfortable living experience. You have the freedom to come and go as you please, but you can also enjoy the companionship of neighbors and friends in our 40-unit community. Our residents have access to a range of activities, including music, potlucks, and birthday parties. We have a community room that you can use to watch movies or entertain your family and friends, a library and games room, and a hobby area. The Florida room is a favorite spot for all our residents. Luther Hall is situated in a tranquil neighborhood in South Daytona, and it's a short walk from the Halifax River. We offer various amenities, including a patio and Florida room, community room, library/games room, hobby room, and laundry room. We also have elevators, controlled-access entrances and exits, 24/7 parking spaces, lighting around the perimeter of the building, and weekly transportation services for grocery shopping. Each of our apartments features individually controlled heating and air conditioning, vinyl flooring, stove, refrigerator, blinds, an emergency call system, and paid utilities (except cable and telephone). We accept HUD subsidies, and the rent for our apartments is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income if you qualify for low-income housing. Please call us for more information.
