These townhomes are located on the northwestern side of Pikes Peak in Divide, Colorado.
The community offers a total of 49 townhomes, including 27 units with 2 bedrooms on 2 floors, 9 units with 3 bedrooms on two floors, and 13 units with 2 bedrooms on one level. Some of the units are handicap accessible.
Hybrook Townhomes provides various amenities, such as on-site parking, individual front entrance, back patio with sliding glass door and high ceilings, refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, washer and dryer, window blinds, plenty of closet space, ground floor access, a front and rear patio, and 2 playground areas for children. Water/sewer and trash removal are included in the rent.
