Apartments is a community located in Rosamond, California that offers 73 units for low and very low income individuals and families. The units come equipped with high-end amenities such as granite countertops, energy efficient appliances, central air conditioning and heating, and premium carpeting. Our community is conveniently located just 3 minutes from the 14 freeway, which provides easy access to Bakersfield and Los Angeles. Additionally, everything you need for daily living can be found within a 5 minute drive, including grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and more. Our community offers a variety of amenities, such as barbeque grills, a picnic area, community room, after school program, computer lab, and on-site laundry facilities. We also provide 24 hour emergency maintenance and employment development services. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. The Corporation for Better Housing believes that community action can improve lives and neighborhoods, and we strive to embody that spirit of hope in our community.
