TELACU La Esperanza is a senior apartment complex with 69 units, designed for low-income residents. It is located in the city of Pomona, near major freeways, shops, senior centers, and community parks. The apartments have on-site laundry, a community garden, and a large community room. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating, a full kitchen, and grab bars in the bathrooms.
To be eligible to live at TELACU La Esperanza, the head of the household must be at least 62 years old at the time of application, and the household income must not exceed 50% of the HUD annual income limits. Rent is based on 30% of the adjusted gross income.
