We offer affordable housing for individuals aged 18 and above with low income. The rent is subsidized by HUD, and a one-year lease is required. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent must be paid by the tenant. There are 10 units available, each with one bedroom.
Our apartments come equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and window coverings. While tenants are responsible for their own utilities, we do provide a utility allowance to assist with payment. We also have a sizable laundry room to make doing laundry easier.
Our Service Coordinator is available for assistance, and we have a 24-hour maintenance staff on call for emergencies. Mail is delivered directly to your private mailbox within the building. We also have a spacious community room where tenants can comfortably socialize with others.
Parking is available near the building for easy access. Pets are allowed with prior approval and adherence to all requirements. Our premises offer free wifi, a Waukegan Security Entrance System, and equal housing opportunities.
