Pleasant View Townhomes is a housing complex in Plymouth, WI that participates in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. This program offers incentives to builders and developers to provide affordable housing options to individuals with low incomes. As a result, these rental apartments have set rent and income restrictions based on the Area Median Income (AMI). There are 10 two, three, and four-bedroom apartments available for low-income individuals and families. The community offers a variety of amenities, including a business center, fitness center, playground, and community room. Additionally, there is 24-hour emergency maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal services provided. The apartments themselves feature attached garages, central air conditioning, in-home washer and dryer, and walk-in closets, among other amenities. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Pets are allowed in the complex, with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a one-time fee of $150, as well as monthly rent of $25 and a $100 deposit.
