If you're looking for a place to call home in Neenah, consider Brookstone Commons Senior Apartments. We have a Section 42 property, which means there are income restrictions in place. However, we currently have openings and encourage you to call us to confirm availability.
At Brookstone, we pride ourselves on offering a variety of amenities to our residents. We have a fitness center, a community area for gatherings, an outdoor grill area, and every apartment comes with a washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, and sleeve AC units. We also have a library and offer social activities for our residents. Plus, heat and water are included in the rent.

Our rents range from $345 to $740 for a one-bedroom apartment and $414 to $850 for a two-bedroom apartment.
