Merritt Lakeside Senior Village is a brand new apartment community located in Schertz, TX that offers affordable senior apartments under Section 8. Our community provides one and two bedroom rental apartment homes for those aged 55 and above. We offer a variety of monthly resident activities and modern amenities such as a pool with spa, movie theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, computer business center, and on-site hair salon. Our apartment homes are equipped to accommodate those with mobility, hearing, and visual impairments. Rent for our one bedrooms range from $265 to $607 per month, while our two bedrooms range from $313 to $716 per month (call for current rates). Income restrictions apply and all household income and assets must be verified. Some rental price ranges may have a waitlist and may not be immediately available. Although our on-site office is currently closed, interested individuals can call 512-5121 for more information. We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers.
