Lamesa Seniors Community is a housing option available to individuals who are 62 years of age or older. The community offers a range of amenities including air conditioning, cable/satellite readiness, carpeting, handicap rails, refrigerator, stove, and washer and dryer connections within each unit. Onsite maintenance and management are available to residents, as well as access to a community room and guest parking. Sewage, trash, and water are included in the rental fee. The community is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Lamesa Seniors Community also accepts Housing Choice Vouchers for those who qualify. The community exclusively offers 1-bedroom apartments.
