The Bullard Family complex offers 24 units with one or two bedrooms that can accommodate households of all ages, including a limited number of units that are wheelchair accessible. Meanwhile, the Bullard Elderly Apartments feature 24 one-bedroom units on the ground floor, specifically designed for households with a member who is 62 years or older, or who has a disability or handicap. Similar to the Bullard Family complex, a limited number of units are wheelchair accessible and rental assistance may be available. Section 8 certificates are also accepted by this complex.
All units in both complexes come with a refrigerator and range, but no dishwasher or disposal. Washer/dryer connections are not available, although there is an onsite laundry facility. Finally, there is a $15 application fee for each applicant.
