Two of the one-bedroom units are specially designed for individuals with mobility impairments. The one-bedroom units are all on one level, while the two and three-bedroom units are on two levels. Each unit comes with an electric range and a refrigerator, and all bedrooms are carpeted. The living room may have carpeting or wood grain laminate, and there is a full bath and a large pantry in the kitchen. There is a shed on the rear patio, a front porch, and a small individual patio. A cable television hook-up is available, and each unit has self-adjusting heat. There are front and back entrances, and an on-site laundry facility is available. In case of maintenance emergencies, there is a 24-hour answering service. If you qualify for low income housing and there are available apartments, rent for HUD subsidized apartments is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
