There is no entrance fee and the monthly rental includes maintenance of the building and grounds, water and sewer, trash removal, local property taxes, emergency call system, and a secure entry system. Franklin & Noble Manor offers amenities such as secure entry, resident parking, laundry facilities, an activity room with a complete kitchen, an on-site manager, and cable TV is available. Each apartment has 570 square feet of living space and includes kitchen appliances, thermostats, and wall-to-wall carpeting.
