Additionally, the building has an outdoor playground and a pavilion with a picnic area for tenants to enjoy. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income minus a utility allowance, with water, sewage, and trash included in the rent. However, the resident is responsible for the electric bill, while telephone and cable are optional.
Medardo Estates accepts HUD subsidies, and if you qualify for low income housing and there are available apartments, you can enjoy reduced rent rates based on 30% of your adjusted gross income.
