About This Lawrence County Social Services, Incorporated

Lawrence County Social Services and Lawrence County MH/MR work together to offer subsidized housing options to a select group of eligible individuals. This program serves as a temporary solution until the individual can receive a permanent subsidy through Housing Authority or Section 8 Voucher. Participants can choose their preferred housing, provided that it meets the HUD Fair Market Rent guidelines and habitability standards, and is suitable for their support systems, employment, and transportation requirements.
