We are currently open for waiting list applications and our units include H/W/S/T but pets are not allowed. We have income limits, and accept Section 8 vouchers. Our community is designed for senior occupancy (55+) and we have 41 residential units available. Our facilities include a tele-entry system, coin-operated laundry, elevator, community room with kitchenette, off-street parking, indoor mail center, outdoor courtyard, and cable TV is available for a nominal fee. On top of that, we have on-site management, 24-hour emergency maintenance service, and handicap accessibility. Our apartment features individually-controlled heat and air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, mini-blinds, a kitchen with a refrigerator, range, and garbage disposal, an emergency call system in each apartment, smoke detectors, and ceiling fans.
