About This Haida Village Apartments
We offer subsidized housing through HUD for low or no income households, providing clean, safe, and affordable options. Our complex has 30 townhouses available to families and seniors, with rent based on income ranging from $0 to $1136 per month. Security deposits are also income-based, starting at $50. Monthly utility assistance is available for those who meet income eligibility requirements. Applications can be picked up 24/7 at the office front door or during regular hours.
Our units include everything except for electric, and feature wall-to-wall carpet, air conditioning, garbage disposal, all kitchen appliances, private storage shed, large closets, 2 or 3 bedrooms, grassy front/back yards, playground, on-site laundry, and free tenant parking. Interested individuals must submit an application, which can be mailed. All adults are subject to criminal and credit background checks, landlord checks, and must be age and income eligible, as well as eligible to obtain electric in their name.
Our apartments accept HUD subsidies, and for those who qualify for low-income housing and have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of their Adjusted Gross Income. 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments are available at our location. Please call for more details.
