About This Bethlehem Retirement Village
Bethlehem Village is an affordable housing community for seniors, sponsored by the Sisters of Saint Joseph. In accordance with Christian principles and the example of Saint Joseph, residents serve and welcome one another and the wider community. Regardless of race, national origin, religion, gender, or disability, Bethlehem Village is open to all. There are 100 efficient and easy-to-maintain apartments, ranging from one bedroom to efficiency units. All floors are easily accessible by elevator. Applicants must be at least 62 years old, and U.S. citizens or nationals, or non-citizens with eligible immigration status. A disclosure of Social Security numbers is required for all family members. Amenities include electricity, water, heating and air conditioning, spacious closets, and a coin-operated laundry room. The kitchen includes a stove and refrigerator. Trash chutes make disposal easy.
