About This Franklin Street Apartments
We are currently accepting applications for our waiting list at our residential community which features 41 units for senior occupants aged 55 and above. We offer studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments with rents based on income for select units. The studio apartment is available for $505, the one bedroom apartment is available for $550, and the two bedroom apartment is available for $691. All apartments include heat, water, sewer, and trash, and we are happy to welcome pets. Income limits do apply.
Our community features numerous amenities, including laundry facilities, an elevator, trash chutes, a community room with a kitchenette, sprinklers and smoke detectors, ample parking, a tele-entry system, an emergency call system, on-site management, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and handicap accessibility.
Each apartment boasts unique floor plans, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans, individually-controlled heat and air conditioning, mini-blinds, and a fully-applianced kitchen.
