Luther Meadows is a housing option for seniors that offers affordable living accommodations. If you are interested in applying for low-income housing, we recommend that you contact Luther Meadows. Our apartments come equipped with a variety of amenities, including wall-to-wall carpeting, a complete kitchen with major appliances, a private bath, cable TV access (residents must provide their own cabling), and sound-resistant construction. Additionally, there are telephone outlets (residents must provide their own telephone-line extensions) and closets for storage. We provide our residents with utilities such as heating and air conditioning, water and sewer, electricity, and trash collection. For security purposes, we offer 24/7 supervision of the buildings and grounds, smoke detectors above doors in each apartment, well-lit parking areas and walkways, and emergency pull cords in bedrooms and bathrooms. Luther Meadows also provides many conveniences for our residents. Each complex has a community room, and there is a laundry room located on the first floor of each building. Additionally, we have a community library on campus, and we offer mini-bus transportation for shopping and banking. Our campus also includes Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Front Porch Cafe eatery (for a fee), a fishing pond, a fitness center, laboratory services, a pharmacy, and salon services (for a fee). We also offer convenient health-related services, such as geriatric-certified physicians (for a fee) and a full physical therapy department (for a fee).
