About This Rockford Chase Apartments
We are now accepting applications for our waitlist for 2-bedroom apartments ranging from $625 to $675 and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from $725 to $775. All units include water, sewer, and trash. We are also a pet-friendly community, but income limits do apply. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
Our community offers 60 residential units with various amenities, such as on-site laundry facilities, professional management, and 24-hour emergency maintenance services. We also have a picnic area, playground, and community room with a kitchenette. Additionally, our apartments feature private entries, select units have cathedral ceilings, wall-to-wall carpeting, gas heat and hot water, central air conditioning, mini-blinds, telephone and cable TV jacks in each bedroom, self-cleaning electric range, garbage disposal, frost-free refrigerator, and select units have a pantry or linen closet. Dishwashers are available in some apartments. Our community is handicap accessible.
