Gateway Senior Housing offers a variety of amenities to its residents, including a computer lab with high-speed internet and a printer located on the first floor near the leasing office. There is also a wellness center equipped with a television on the third floor near the community room. Laundry rooms with card-operated machines and vending machines are located on the second and fourth floors. The community room on the third floor is a great place to socialize, play gamess, or watch TV. Each apartment unit comes with energy-efficient appliances, central heating and air conditioning, and cable, internet, and telephone hookups. Income eligibility requirements apply, with a maximum income limit based on family size and the local median income. Eligible residents must be 62 years or older.
