About This Deer Lake Apartments
We are currently open for applications for our waiting list. Our 2 bedroom apartments start at $505, and our 3 bedroom apartments start at $550. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent, and we are pet friendly. There are income limits that apply, and we do accept Section 8 vouchers.
Our community has 26 residential units and includes a community center with a kitchenette and a play lot. We also offer maintenance-free lawn care and snow removal services, on-site management, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Our apartments feature private entrances, gas heat and hot water, central air conditioning, phone and cable TV jacks in the living room and all bedrooms, a self-cleaning oven, a frost-free refrigerator, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a washer/dryer in each apartment, wall-to-wall carpeting, smoke detectors, mini-blinds, and tilt-in windows for easy cleaning.
