Brookside Gardens offers affordable housing options for both individuals and families. The government subsidizes the rent for eligible tenants, making it more accessible for those who need it. The complex comprises of 100 apartments, including one that is designed for accessibility purposes. Out of these, 40 units are one-bedroom apartments, while the remaining 60 are two-bedroom apartments. We accept HUD subsidies, and if you qualify for low-income housing and there are available apartments, your rent will be based on just 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
