We are currently only accepting applications for the waiting list. Our 1 bedroom apartments are available for $460 and our 2 bedroom apartments range from $595 to $625. Please note that we have income limits and do not allow pets. Rates are subject to change. Our affordable apartments located in Reading accept Section 8 vouchers and we have a total of 15 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. We are happy to accommodate cats and dogs. Our apartments are spacious with central air conditioning, a self-cleaning electric range, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, large windows with mini-blinds, and handicap accessibility. The community offers a lounge area, common laundry facilities, on-site professional management, 24-hour emergency maintenance service, bus transportation nearby, elevators, and sprinklers and smoke detectors.
