Tudor Arms provides 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that are located in the Washington Local School District, along the Tarta city bus line, and conveniently close to the Michigan border. The monthly rent for a 1 bedroom apartment starts at $555, while a 2 bedroom apartment starts at $659 (subject to change, please call for updated rates). LMHA Vouchers are accepted and you can pick up an application 24/7 from Tudor Arms (located outside of the Leasing Office) or call to have one mailed to you. To speed up the application process, please bring proof of income as eligibility and screening criteria must be met.
What sets Tudor Arms apart is that we pay for your utilities, including heat, electric, water, and trash pick-up. Our apartments come with central air conditioning, a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, vertical- and mini-blinds. Additionally, we have an on-site laundry facility, community room, swimming pool, on-site management and maintenance, a lighted parking area, and a security entrance to each building.
