Meadow Vistas is a budget-friendly apartment complex located in Mentor on the Lake that offers complete accessibility to its tenants. Managed by Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO), this community comprises of two single-story buildings. Each building has 12 units; 10 of these units are one-bedroom, while the other two are two-bedroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room and a trash room in each building.
MAHO has designed Meadow Vistas for independent living. Therefore, they do not provide services such as meals, transportation, personal care, housekeeping, shopping, or emergency response. The tenant is responsible for seeking these services themselves or with assistance. The application process includes verification of physical mobility disability.
Rent at Meadow Vistas is subsidized by HUD and has income limits. For more information, interested parties may call to inquire. This apartment complex accepts HUD subsidies and offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartments.
