About This Upper Crown Landing Apartments Subsidized Senior Housing
Upper Crown Landing Apartments were built in 2001 with funding from the federal HOME Program and U.S.D.A. Rural Development, and are subsidized housing for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities, regardless of age. The maximum income allowed for tenants is based on family size. The two-story building has 24 one bedroom units, an elevator, a community room, laundry facilities, and on-site parking, with a scenic view of Nine Mile Creek. While two of the apartments are accessible for individuals with disabilities, reasonable accommodations will be made for all handicapped or disabled tenants as needed.
