Community Enterprises Corporation is responsible for managing permanent supportive housing in New Jersey for adults with special needs, and Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey, Inc. provides supportive services to residents. Eligibility requirements for this housing program include being over 18 years old, having low income, and being a current or past recipient of mental health services or having special needs. This apartment is also eligible for HUD subsidies, and rent is based on 30% of Adjusted Gross Income for those who qualify as low income.
