Cspnj housing provides affordable housing for low-income individuals who are capable of living independently. Each tenant is responsible for paying rent and has a lease agreement. As long as the tenant fulfills the lease terms and pays rent, they may occupy the housing permanently.
Supportive Services are designed to be flexible and cater to the individual needs of tenants. They are available when needed and are accessible within the tenant's home.
Community Enterprises Corporation manages permanent supportive housing in New Jersey for adults with special needs. Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey, Inc. provides supportive services to residents of these homes, as well as other service providers.
To be eligible for this housing program, individuals must be over 18 years old, low-income, and have a history of receiving mental health services or have special needs. For more information, call (732) 866-4330.
This apartment also accepts HUD subsidies, which allow rent to be based on 30% of the tenant's Adjusted Gross Income if they qualify for low-income housing and there are available apartments. Contact the office for details on the two-bedroom apartments available at this location.
