Office hours are as follows: Monday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm; Thursday and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The Affordable Housing Alliance has achieved triumphant financing and construction of more than 380 units across Monmouth County, with total development expenses exceeding $28 million. It upkeeps a rental portfolio of 362 units in 15 developments and has fruitfully collaborated with multiple municipalities to provide a low-profile rental alternative to their affordable housing schemes. The Alliance is committed to housing assistance.
