The Housing Division's main objective is to increase the availability of safe, sanitary, and affordable housing in these areas. To achieve this goal, O.C.E.A.N., Inc. constructs new housing units or rehabilitates existing ones, providing affordable rental housing for families.
Since the program's inception, O.C.E.A.N., Inc. has constructed, rehabilitated, or acquired 146 homes in these counties. Additionally, the organization offers one-bedroom senior rental units at the Macedonia/O.C.E.A.N., Inc. Senior Complex and 35 units at Emerald Terrace in Barnegat.
