Dubin House provides 144 independent living apartments, consisting of 64 studio apartments and 80 one-bedroom apartments. Each unit boasts a full-size kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, plush carpeting in the living areas, and a tiled bathroom. Residents enjoy a carefree lifestyle with access to a plethora of social, cultural, and recreational activities. Eligibility for affordable living apartments is determined by meeting the income criteria set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
