Cedar Ridge is a 12-unit complex designed exclusively for seniors aged 62 years or older. It is situated in a serene neighborhood and offers twelve 1-bedroom units. The apartments feature carpeted floors (except for the kitchen and bathroom areas), mini-blinds, central heating and air conditioning, a range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups, emergency pull-cord switches in the bedroom and bathroom, and cable TV and telephone hookups (at renter's expense). Two units are specially designed to cater to the needs of those requiring accessibility services, one for the mobility impaired and the other for the visually impaired. All apartments are conveniently situated on the ground floor, with sidewalks providing easy access to all apartments, mailboxes, the office, and the coin-operated laundry room.
If you are a low-income senior citizen, you can contact Cedar Ridge to inquire about low rent, subsidized government housing apartments. The apartment accepts HUD subsidies, and if you qualify for low-income housing and they have available apartments, your rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
