Mariner II is a welcoming and peaceful community that caters to a variety of individuals including singles, roommates, families, seniors, and students. Residents can enjoy the convenience of paid water, sewer and gas, which includes gas heating, cooking, and water heating. Our apartment homes come with fully furnished kitchens that include a range, range hood, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Additionally, all apartments are carpeted and come with mini blinds. Our spacious apartments have ample storage space to accommodate your needs.
We offer affordable rent that is based on your income, and low-income households may qualify for Section 8 assistance. Housing Choice Vouchers are also accepted. Mariner II is an equal opportunity housing provider.
