The rent for our apartments is calculated at 30% of your gross annual income. If you meet the eligibility requirements, you may be able to receive rental assistance. Our one-bedroom apartments range from $489 to $589, while our two-bedroom apartments range from $509 to $614. We cover the cost of heat, water, trash, and sewer, and each unit comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Additionally, there is a laundry room on-site in every building, and one of our buildings has a barrier-free accessible unit. You will be responsible for paying your own electric bill, and we do not allow pets. Our funding comes from Rural Development, and we accept Housing Choice Vouchers.
