There's also full-time property management, maintenance, and grounds crew. Each unit is equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. Laundry hook-ups are available in three and four bedroom apartments. Pine Crest has abundant parking and is located near shopping, schools, churches, and a library. There are laundry rooms in each building, and heat and hot water are included in the rent. The community features a pool, tennis court, basketball court, and playground. The New England Affordable Housing Management Association has recognized Pine Crest as a Community of Quality. This certification recognizes the community's excellence in management, personnel training and experience, services offered to residents, and other criteria. Pine Crest is a smoke-free community and grounds. The apartments include safety rails in the bathroom, a full kitchen, spacious living areas, heat/water, carpeting, and window treatments. Building amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance, a service coordinator, on-site management staff, coin-operated laundry facilities, parking, and a spacious community room with a kitchen.
