To qualify for residency, you must be at least 62 years of age and earn no more than 50 percent of the median income for the Washington area, which varies depending on the size of your family. Rent and utilities are determined by Section 8 regulations and will not exceed 30 percent of your income.
Our one-bedroom apartments feature a charming porch and patio area, a dining and meeting room, a spacious common room on the first floor, TV lounges on the second and third floors, a computer center, an arts and crafts room, a library, a beauty and barber salon, and a wellness center. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and our team is always available to answer your questions and provide more information about our community.
