The government provides direct funding to the owner of the complex, allowing them to offer lower rent for those who qualify. If you are interested in renting a unit, please contact the complex during office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Each unit has recently been renovated and features a newly updated kitchen with maple cabinetry and new appliances, a gas range for cooking, a private outdoor patio or balcony, plenty of storage, hardwood floors, and an open living and dining area. Windows throughout the unit come with coverings and the walls are painted in warm, two-toned colors. Each unit is also pre-wired for cable and internet. Residents of the complex have access to numerous amenities, including beautifully landscaped lawns and courtyards, a large outdoor pool and sun deck, an outdoor wading pool, a learning center, a tot lot/playground, a community clubhouse, and a business/computer center. Some utilities are included in the rental price, and residents can take advantage of free off-street parking and 24-hour emergency maintenance services. Professional on-site management is available to assist residents and ensure their needs are met. This complex accepts HUD subsidies, which means that eligible low income individuals and families may be able to rent a unit for 30% of their adjusted gross income.
