Victory Housing, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that focuses on housing development in partnership with the Archdiocese of Washington. Their primary goal is to offer affordable housing solutions and related services to low- and moderate-income senior citizens and families.
Currently, Victory Housing owns and manages 30 communities that provide 2,175 rental housing units. Out of these communities, 6 are specifically designed for assisted living and are managed directly by Victory Housing.
