Main Street Apartments is set to open in the summer of 2020 as an inclusive and nurturing living space for all members of the community, including those with special needs and disabilities. The goal of Main Street Apartments is to create a comfortable and vibrant environment that fosters a culture of inclusion and belonging. With a wide range of enrichment programs, Main Street Apartments will support the health, wellness, educational and personal growth of its residents, regardless of their abilities or interests. The building is smoke-free and pet-friendly, and includes a Fitness Center, Yoga Studio/Peace Room, Teaching Kitchen, Community Room, Cyber Lounge, and other Learning/Meeting Spaces. Offering both affordable and market rate apartments, 25% of the units at Main Street Apartments are reserved for individuals with special needs and disabilities.
