About This East View Villa
East View Villa is a low-income housing complex where the government provides direct funds to the homeowner. They offer affordable rent for individuals with low incomes. East View Villa consists of a total of 12 units, all of which are subsidized by Section 8. Each apartment in the complex has one bedroom. With this subsidy, renters only need to pay 30% of their income as rent, while the remaining amount is covered by the subsidy. To be eligible, renters must earn less than 50% of the area median income and meet other qualifying criteria. This apartment complex also accepts HUD subsidies.
