The Tower Country Club offers spacious and well-maintained apartments for senior citizens. Each apartment comes equipped with dressing rooms and ample storage space. All media, including cable, is included in the rent and discounts are available. You will enjoy the library and patio area with a barbecue, as well as a common room for socializing with friends during monthly events like birthday parties and community dinners. Rest easy knowing that our maintenance personnel are always available to meet your needs, and we have a secure emergency system in place. Rental assistance is also available for qualified tenants.
This apartment complex accepts HUD subsidies, meaning if you qualify for low-income housing and we have available apartments, you only pay 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income in rent. Please call for more details. We currently have 1-bedroom apartments available.
