Looking for individuals in need of affordable housing!! We currently have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available at Shelby Development in Shelby, Iowa. These apartments are specifically designated for elderly individuals aged 62 and older or those with disabilities. Our facilities offer convenient onsite parking and laundry facilities in each building. We also provide reasonable accessibility accommodations. Rental Assistance is offered for those who qualify.
