About This Deep River Housing

We offer office hours from 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Our apartments are located on the south side of town, with units 1 through 8, and on the north side, with units 9 through 12. They are income-based and regulated by the USDA. We offer family units with one and two bedrooms. Rent is calculated based on income and a utility allowance is deducted. We accept HUD vouchers and require a background check for all applications. We currently have 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments available for rent.
