The Lincoln Manor of Holland Apartments provides 20 one bedroom units that have been recently renovated for individuals aged 62 years and above or with disabilities who meet the income criteria. The apartments are equipped with a community room and laundry facilities, and rent includes all utilities. Satellite TV is also offered. This apartment complex is eligible for Section 8 rental subsidy. To apply for an apartment owned and/or managed by Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC), interested individuals can visit the website listed above and fill out the LHDC Application for Occupancy form.
