To qualify, the income limits are as follows: $32,760.00 for one person, $37,440.00 for two people, and $42,120.00 for three people. The apartments come with a variety of amenities including bathroom grab bars, cable and internet readiness, ceiling fans, central heat and air, dishwasher, energy-saving windows, energy star appliances, fully equipped kitchen, garbage disposal, intercom system, microwave, programmable thermostats, spacious closets, sprinkler system, walk-in closets, washer/dryer hook-ups in all units, and water/sewer/trash included. The community also offers 24-hour maintenance, a community laundry room, community room, controlled access entry, elevator, exercise room, experienced management, keyless entry, lawn care and snow removal, near-to-shopping, non-smoking community, off-street parking, on-site maintenance, outside sitting area, and resident functions.
