About This Lakewood

We welcome section 8 vouchers at our property and have vacancies on the first and second floors. Our community, Centerview Terrace, offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at an affordable rate. These apartments are fully electric, eliminating the need for gas. They come with several amenities such as built-in shelving, dishwasher, garbage disposal, spacious closets, and large living rooms. We are located near a shopping center that offers several options, including Publix, fast food, stores, and restaurants. Additionally, we are within walking distance to Chuck Camp Park, which boasts amenities such as a walking trail, playground, and ball fields. Centerview Terrace has an on-site laundry facility, a playground, and a sparkling swimming pool that hosts several summer parties. We take pride in offering lower application fees and deposit as compared to other communities. Our application fee is only $35, and the deposit is $200. Furthermore, we have just reduced our rent prices. Currently, a 1 bedroom apartment costs $540, and a 2 bedroom apartment costs $620. We provide a unique benefit where you pay for your water through us, which costs $10 per adult and $5 per child every month. Our friendly staff is always ready to help residents and potential residents with any queries. Please visit our website at www.centerviewterrace.vpweb.com for more information. We frequently run exciting specials for our residents, and currently, we offer the first month's rent for free. However, to qualify for the special, you must pass the background and credit checks. Please feel free to contact our office during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. We look forward to assisting you in finding your new home and welcoming you to our community.
