Our focus is on educating potential homebuyers in order to make their dream of homeownership a reality. We provide comprehensive information on topics such as down payment assistance, closing costs, monthly spending plans, debt management, credit card spending, types of mortgages, and determining how much home you can afford. To be eligible for down payment assistance, attendance at our Home Buyer Seminar is required. The seminar provides an opportunity to hear from a variety of professionals in the home buying process, including mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, homeowner's insurance representatives, and building inspectors. By working with us, you can create a work plan to achieve your goal of homeownership.
