The building boasts numerous amenities, including a computer room, laundry, library, beauty shop, exercise room and activity rooms. Adjacent to Pablo Towers is Strange Hall, an activity building available for social, cultural, recreational and meeting purposes. The hall can accommodate over 160 guests and has a raised stage suitable for speakers and events, along with a board room, kitchen and restrooms. The community offers various activities throughout the year, such as holiday parties, weekly devotions, monthly birthday parties, exercise classes, art class, line dancing and bingo. To be eligible for an apartment at Pablo Towers, you must be over 62 years old and either single, part of a married couple with at least one spouse over 62 years of age, or part of a two-person group with at least one person over 62 years of age. Please note that employees are not licensed or trained to provide meal service, physical or medical care. Rental agreements are month-to-month, with the first month's rent and security deposit paid in advance. Rent includes electricity, water, heat and air conditioning, range/oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and carpeting throughout the apartment except for in the kitchen area and bathroom.
